ON SALES-SERVICES

1. Provide or Supply relative certificates according to order like  CE, ISO...
2. Provide FREE packing design for order
3. Negotiate and give feedback in time in technical & manufacturering situation
4.Take photos or videos to show you our production situation, and report the production situation to you.

AFTER-SALES SERVICES

1. Pump quality problem. In case of water pump quality issues(non-human factor) in the warranty period, free spare parts are provided to replace. Another workable solutions are supported as well.
2. Technical problem.If there is any doubts, especially to new products, please contact with sales person: daleipump@yeah.net. Your questions are going to be solved within 2 work days.
3. New product or discount policy updates. Once there is any new products or discounts, you will be notified at the early first time.         4.Free Technical Training Support.For purchasers, when you use our pump products, we will provide instructions for use. With many years of experience,Dalei technicians are ready to provide training support. Their guidance on the use of tools and installation will be able to meet your needs.
